 Making a portrait is a wonderful challenge. The idea of capturing the essence of my subject and telling their story through a photograph is the most rewarding part of photography for me. My hope is to present you with an heirloom to share with many generations to come.
Because I strive to make each portrait unique and special I think it is important to meet with each client first. We should talk over our expectations and make sure that we can work together and create optimum results. All portraits are "environmental" or, on location. This can be your home, a park, the beach or just about any place of your choosing. I generally work only with natural light and do not take studio portraits. Remember, these are meant to reflect the personalities of the subjects. If you should desire, every effort will be made to include family pets and we will discuss any personal "props" that you would like in the photographs. There is no charge for our initial meeting. This is a time for us to get to know each other a little and make sure everyones needs can be met. After that, if you decide to book a session, I will need a deposit of 50% to hold your desired date. Typically, a session will last an hour to an hour and a half and prices will range between $350.00 and $450.00. This will all be discussed at our initial meeting. |
